1. That I have registered our esteemed Film Association named as “North Indian Film & Television Development Association” from Delhi.
2. That this aforesaid Association helps to develop and regulate film industries in proper way.
3. That it is to be declared that our “North Indian Film & Television Development Association” is fully registered under registration Act, Delhi and there are many more film association which creates fraud and difficulties for develop Film Industries and many more peoples were fraud out there but our Esteemed Association try to regulates all the Film nuisance in our society.
4. That any unregistered shooting was regulating by that association and he has full right to impose penalty or fine in the interest of justice.
5. That this Association has full right to make and registration of title, banner, production, direction, writer, artist has to be bound to take registered with this “ North Indian Film & Television Development Association” AS EARLIEST AS POSSIBLE UNDER Society Act-1860/No-D/1572-2010, Incorporation Act-1959/No.D/1573-2010, Public Trust Act-1950/No.D/1574-2010) has been registered.
6. That this association not takes any change in our Agenda and he remained full functions under any undue influence and all the copies of this association was publish or send to all the censor board of India. It is respectfully prayed before the Hon’ble all association of India as w e ll as film industries to take proper rights to my “ North Indian Film & Television Development Association” AS EARLIEST AS POSSIBLE.
